James Callaghan talks about the conference and how proceedings went before talking about the substance including, creating jobs and reducing inflation, growth targets, seeking addition financial resources, expanding opportunities for world trade, reducing the risk of nuclear arms race and improving the position of developing countries. He then goes on to talk about how they will do this. Various world leaders then go on to talk about the conference in native tongues (followed by translation where necessary) including Pierre Trudeau of Canada; Helmut Schmidt of Germany; President Jimmy Carter and possibly japanese and Italian Prime Ministers. A question and answer period with James Callaghan follows.
