The Israeli Prime Minister, Yitzhak Rabin, is flying back to his country from London this afternoon following a bomb blast in Tel Aviv which killed at least 16 people. Labour Party leader Tony Blair met Rabin this morning, and commends him on his commitment to the Middle East peace process. Interviewer (or reporters) not heard.
