Description

Israel is to re-open negotiations with the PLO today, a week after they were broken off because of the kidnapping of an Israeli soldier. 19 year-old Corporal Nachshon Waxman died when troops stormed a hideout of the Islamic extremist group Hamas, which was holding him hostage. His mother, Esther Waxman, condemns Hamas.
