Rhodesian Prime Minister Ian Smith gives a press conference at the Geneva conference to confirm the agreement negotiated by American Secretary of State Dr Henry Kissinger for a constitution based on black majority rule. He says there are problems of interpretation over the agreement by the British and others, and he doesn’t want any change to the agreed deal.
