Description
Oni Bhattacharya reports from Windsor Castle where firemen are still putting out the fire that began two days ago. Estimates put the cost of restoring the damaged area as high as sixty million pounds with national works of art destroyed. The Government has promised it will pay, but some MPs say the Queen should contribute. Speakers include Richard Hewlings, Inspector of Ancient Monuments; Mike Clement-Green, Royal Berkshire Fire Service; Adair Lewis, fire expert; Heritage Secretary Peter Brooke; Bob Cryer, Labour MP.
