- Train driver Arthur Barrett(?) has been awarded damages for psychological trauma from London Underground after rescuing passengers on the night of the 1987 Kings Cross Station fire. Desmond Fennell QC commended Barrett’s actions and in the High Court Mr Justice Phillips said he acted with great courage. Barrett and his solicitor Andrew Dismore comment. Simon Israel reports.
