Description

The Republicans in Congress want the arms embargo on the Bosnians lifted; if they win a vote, the UN mission to Bosnia will be in jeopardy. Richard Perle, Assistant Defence Secretary under Ronald Reagan and now a research fellow with the American Enterprise Institute, is firmly opposed to the arms embargo. An unidentified female interviewer asks him whether the initial peacekeeping mission was justified.
