Description

Labour leader Tony Blair and Prime Minister John Major in the Commons on the current military situation in Bosnia. Blair calls for UN troop protection for safe havens or action rather than more negotiations. Major then outlines options of continuing peacekeeping which is only partly working, UN going into full war, withdrawing troops and lifting arms embargo.
