Simon Cumbers interviews Daily Telegraph editor Max Hastings about a foiled bomb attack in London’s Docklands area near the headquarters of the newspaper. The Telegraph offices were among those evacuated during the alert. Hastings says a limited print run of the paper went ahead despite the disruption.
