Description

Britain’s newest commercial radio station has gone on air today. Airport Information Radio covers just Heathrow and Gatwick Airports providing pure traffic and travel information 24 hours a day. Sophie Dekker was at the launch, and spoke to chief executive John Aumonier; Transport Secretary Cecil Parkinson and John Cox, Air Transport Users Committee.
