Interview with Prime Minister of Israel, Yitzhak Rabin, on learning to deal with enemies, at the signing of the Declaration of Principles for peace between the Arabs and Israelis in Washington DC. At the ceremony Rabin and PLO leader Yasser Arafat shook hands before cheering crowds on the White House lawn. Interviewer not heard.
