Interview with Afif Safieh, head of the PLO office in London, following the signing of the Declaration of Principles for peace between the Arabs and Israelis in Washington DC. At the ceremony Prime Minister of Israel, Yitzhak Rabin and PLO leader Yasser Arafat shook hands before cheering crowds on the White House lawn. Interviewer not heard.
