- Home Office Minister Douglas Hogg is warning that the fight against the drugs barons who have targeted Britain as a market for crack cocaine will be no easy task. Hogg has just returned from the United States where law enforcement agencies have been briefing him on how they are struggling to cope with the highly addictive drug. The minister has also been given guided tours of the backstreets of cities like Miami and Washington, where, he says, he met many addicts. Male interviewer possibly Peter Russell.
