Football celebrities, former Leeds players and fans have been paying their last respects to former club and England manager Don Revie at his cremation in Edinburgh. Mourners included many of the players who graced the Elland Road team sheet during Leeds United’s heyday under Revie. Revie, whose life was dogged by controversy, spent the last two years of his life fighting motor neurone disease. Rob Stokes reports.
