Hans Dieter Kirchhofer, a Swiss magistrate has said in his report that the avalanche that killed Major Hugh Lindsay and crushed the legs of Patricia Palmer-Tomkinson in Klosters, Switzerland was set off by Prince Charles’ Royal party deliberately skiing off piste. John Alcock reports, including interview with Kirchhofer. No charges will be pressed.
