US President George Bush is going back home this morning, after his first European tour, and one that has been widely regarded as a success. Bush and his wife Barbara are flying out from Heathrow shortly after nine o’clock, and Foreign Secretary Sir Geoffrey Howe will be there to wave them off. Ringing in the President’s ears will be the praise heaped on him by the Prime Minister during speeches at a Downing Street dinner last night. From Westminster, Kevin Murphy reports.
