Parents attending Speech Day at Harrow public school had something extra to see this year: dozens of banners and placards lined the local streets in protest at plans by the school for a new development. Reporter Eve Conway went to the village to find out the background to the row; she speaks to Crown Street and West Street Area Residents’ Association Chairperson, Helen Patterson(?).
