Paul Woodley reports from the United States on a visit by President George H. W. Bush to the West Point military academy just outside New York. The visit coincided with the signing of an agreement on the Conventional Forces in Europe (CFE) Treaty which was worked out by US Secretary of State James Baker and Soviet Foreign Minister Alexander Bessmertnykh at a meeting in Lisbon, Portugal.
