Max Cotton reports from Downing Street in London prior to an expected announcement by the IRA of a ceasefire in Northern Ireland. Looks back to 07/02/91 when the IRA fired a mortar bomb at the UK Prime Minister’s residence during a meeting of John Major and his Gulf War cabinet and to attacks on the UK mainland back to 1972.
