Liz Monaghan reports on reaction after a low-flying RAF Tornado jet crashed just outside Lochearnhead in Perthshire narrowly missing a primary school packed with children. Two airmen died. Includes interview with Douglas Scott, local councillor; George Foulkes MP. (The dead crewmen were later identified as Flight Lieutenant Peter Mosley, and Flight Lieutenant Patrick Harrison).
