Sir Robert Mark, Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, has claimed trade unions are immune from some laws. Alan Fisher, boss of the National Union of Public Employees is interviewed and says this is untrue, the unions have always depended on voluntary cooperation rather than involving the law.
