Description

Unidentified male ANC Zimbabwe spokesman (at the Geneva conference?) on the role of the prospective transitional government of Rhodesia. He says that a constitution is necessary, to enable Zimbabwe to become a member of the United Nations. He expects Britain to take an active part in deliberations, and to take full responsibility for de-colonising its former colony; a British secretary of state should chair the conference.
