Des Fahy interviews the Labour Party leader, Neil Kinnock, following the launch at the QE2 Centre in London of the policy review which he hopes will win them the next General Election. Critics on the left have been opposed to changes in defence policy seeing a return to a multilateral approach to nuclear disarmament and the acceptance of the American nuclear umbrella as part of NATO strategy. Kinnock is asked what he sees as the most radical changes of policy in the review.
