Tim Knight reports on a vote by doctors to boycott the Government’s NHS reforms (proposed by Health Secretary Kenneth Clarke) unless negotiations are reopened. In a mood of bitterness and anger the BMA conference in London passed a motion advising doctors not to co-operate with the implementaion of the White Paper proposals.
