Description

Two babies were refused heart operations at the Brompton Centre due to lack of staffing in intensive care. A French girl however, had her heart and lung transplant on the very same day. One of the babies’ mothers, Joan Fleet, describes her feelings at the decision to hold back her child’s operation.
