David Kermode reports on a temporary High Court order preventing the former solicitor of mass murder suspect Fred West selling his story. Mr Justice Lightman (Gavin Lightman) ordered Howard Ogden to hand over tapes, letters and other items belonging to West. Comes after a press report this morning alleging Ogden was touting his former client’s story for £1million, which he denies.
