A chambermaid who branded the Duchess of Argyll a boozy liar has been found guilty of dishonestly running up a five-and-a-half thousand pound telephone bill. A jury rejected Samira Elaadouli’s claim that the Duchess had given her permission to call friends and relatives in the Ivory Coast, Benin and Morocco. John Alcock reports.
