Des Fahy reports on the results of the two day peace conference in London to achieve a settlement on the former Yugoslavia. Includes press conference featuring UK Prime Minister John Major on the 6 point plan agreed including recognition of Bosnia Herzegovina and that acquisition of territory by force is unacceptable. He promises closure of detention camps and to maintain pressure and sanctions until the killing stops.
