Description

Eve Conway speaks to war heroine Charity Bick who won the George Medal for courage during the Blitz. Tonight she’ll be the honoured guest of the Imperial War Museum in London, which is launching a new history magazine with a picture of her on the front. She describes her trips by bicycle delivering dispatches when telephones were knocked out and the night in 1940 when she put out an incendiary bomb on the roof of the shop next door.
