- Peter Deeley reports on reaction after two Metropolitan Police officers were cleared at the Old Bailey of fabricating evidence in the murder case of Constable Kevin Blakelock in the Broadwater Farm riots in Tottenham, North London (06/10/85). Graham Melvin and Maxwell Dingle were acquitted of faking interviews with Winston Silcott. He was jailed for life in 1987 for the murder of PC Blakelock. Includes interviews with Winston’s brother, George Silcott; Mike Bennett, Chairman of the Metropolitan Police Federation. Broadcast on LBC Drivetime.
