Description

Felicity Barr reports back to Peter Deeley? about the discovery of high explosives on a train from Manchester to Bournemouth. The explosives were discovered in Reading after the bag they were hidden in was stolen by an opportunist thief. They may have been destined for the Conservative Party conference in Bournemouth in October.
