Foreign Secretary Douglas Hurd talks to correspondent Catherine Field in Bonn. A spirit of reconciliation surrounded the first Two Plus Four talks in Bonn yesterday. The talks were attended by the foreign ministers of the four victorious wartime allies: Britain, France, the United States, and the USSR, plus East and West Germany.
