- The first British food and farming festival will be held in Hyde Park in London, and will exhibit the best of British farming, from cattle and livestock, to lumberjacking and sheepdog trials. John Howarth(?), Chief Executive of the Royal Agricultural Society of England, is confident that sufficient steps have been taken to prevent disruption by animal rights activists.
