David O’Sullivan reports from Johannesburg on the impact of the shooting at a Kenilworth, Cape Town church which killed 11 and injured 50 on South African political reform as the new draft constitution is unveiled. The Azanian People’s Liberation Army has claimed responsibility but its political wing has denied it.
