- Paul Rowley interviews Social Security Secretary, Peter Lilley about changes to the benefits system in an attempt to improve the service and crack down on fraud. At present there are twenty-five different types of benefit, resulting in claimants having to fill in a variety of forms. Lilley says the change will benefit everyone. There will be three pilot operations for the scheme - at Sandwell in the West Midlands, Newcastle upon Tyne, and Northampton.
