Interview with former Conservative Party Vice- Chairman, Sir Hal Miller, after he was quizzed by customs officials investigating the Iraqi supergun affair. Sir Hal Miller acted as an advisor for one of the companies involved in the affair - the Midlands-based steel company Walter Somers - and warned the Government two years ago about his concern over the contract with Iraq.
