Description

British Consul Roger Clark(?) describes how an earthquake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale has hit Yugoslavia (15/04/79). He claims that at least 25 people have been killed in the town of Bar but that numbers could increase. Yugoslav President Josip Tito has visited the affected area and wants the whole country to help.
