Interview with an unidentified British male spokesman (poss. relative of one of the victims), responding to an official fatal accident inquiry into the terrorist bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie killing 270 people on 21/12/88. Inquiry judge Sheriff Mowat has said the tragedy might have been avoided had there been more stringent baggage handling procedures at Frankfurt and Heathrow airports. The speaker says the report has corroborated what was already known, that Pan Am’s security system was inadequate. The inquiry was published on 22/03/91. Female interviewer not identified.
