Description

Report on an official fatal accident inquiry report into the terrorist bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie killing 270 people on 21/12/88. Inquiry judge Sheriff John S. Mowat has said the tragedy might have been avoided had there been more stringent baggage handling procedures at Frankfurt and Heathrow airports.
