Description
Paul Woodley reports from the United States where an American jury has decided that Pan Am is guilty of wilful misconduct over the terrorist bombing of Flight 103 in which two hundred and seventy people died. Families of the victims had sued the airline claiming lax security was to blame for the bomb getting on board the plane, which exploded in the air over Lockerbie in Scotland on 21/12/88. Includes interviews with Lee S. Kreindler, lawyer for the plaintiffs; Helen Englehart, wife of crash victim Tony Hawkins.
