Speech by UK Foreign Secretary, Douglas Hurd at the G7 summit in Munich, Germany, following the signing of a declaration by the group of seven leading industrial nations on agreement of the use of military force to end the conflict in Yugoslavia. Hurd says the former Yugoslav republics must show the will for peace but that in the meantime the humanitarian airlifts will continue.
