Mark Phillips interviews the Monopolies and Mergers Commission (MMC) chairman, Graeme Odgers, following a year-long investigation of the CD industry. The MMC has ruled although there is a monopoly created by the big five record companies, it doesn’t operate against the public’s interest and CDs are not overpriced.
