Edwards interviews the Kuwaiti ambassador to Britain, Ghazi Al-Rayes, about the return of the Emir of Kuwait (Jabir al-Ahmad Al Sabah) to his country following the end of the Gulf War after the withdrawal of Iraqi troops.
