- Description
- P & O Ferries are claiming that they have broken the back of the seamen’s blockade. Reporter James Bays was on the Pride of Bruges as it steamed out of Dover, bound for Zeebrugge. Contributions from P & O Chairman, Sir Jeffrey Sterling, who addresses the crew; an unidentified soldier, who disagrees with the strike; an anonymous seaman, who says many of his colleagues would return to work but for the picket line.
