Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and German Vice Chancellor, Helmut Kohl will meet today for talks. Ahead of the talks, Margaret Thatcher makes a speech (possibly at a dinner in Cambridge, held to mark the 40th anniversary of the Konigs-Winter Conference) on German reunification, NATO, democracy, nuclear armaments and international relations and security at large. Chancellor Kohl also speaks (in German). Paul Rowley reports.
