After this morning’s sentencing of John Demjanjuk for war crimes, Peter Allen-Frost spoke to his lawyers. His Israeli lawyer, Yoram Sheftel, confirmed that he is to appeal. His American lawyer, John Gill, said that his client - who had been identified by some witnesses as Ivan the Terrible - could never get a fair trial in Israel.
