Arnold Raphael of the East African Standard discusses the Uganda-Tanzania War and the roles of Ugandan President Idi Amin, Libyan leader Muammar al-Gaddafi, Tanzanian President Julius Nyerere and former Ugandan President Milton Obote. Raphael says that while Obote is unpopular, the people would prefer him to Amin and that Gaddafi will have to decide whether to rescue Amin. Female interviewer not identified.
