Paul Rowley interviews Conservative Party MP, Jerry Hayes, on voting against the Government on the issue of charges for dental services and ending free eye tests. Although the Government won both votes it suffered two of the most serious rebellions in the current session of parliament. Hayes, who led both revolts, says the Commons has given a clear signal to the House of Lords. Broadcast on LBC AM programme.
