The actor and comedian Kenneth Williams has died today at the age of 62. He will be best remembered for his starring roles in nearly thirty Carry On films. But Williams’s uniquely adaptable voice also made him a brilliant radio performer. Jackie Ford looks back on his life and career. With contributions from Williams’s friends and colleagues Bernard Bresslaw and Barbara Windsor, and comedy and interview clips of Williams himself.
