Campaigns Director for Compassion in World Farming, Philip Lymbery, says the reason for animal rights protests at ports is because the Agricultural Minister, William Waldegrave, has failed to implement article 36 of the Treaty of Rome and ban the export of live animals. A short clip which abruptly cuts off. Interviewer not heard.
